3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of that session without a refund.

3.3 Conduct: Coaching sessions are intended to be a safe and supportive space. Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of services without a refund.

4.1 Participation: Live programs require active participation and engagement. We encourage you to attend all scheduled sessions to gain the maximum benefit from the program.

4.2 Recordings: Live sessions may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to be recorded. Recordings may be made available to participants for review.

4.3 Cancellations: If a live program is canceled by Ryan Wilaby, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund. Participant-initiated cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 2.2.
